The North County News website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Northern
Tier Publishing ("we" or "us"). In using this Site, you agree to be
bound by our Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service,
as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the
Site, or to products and services available through the Site.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, automated or otherwise, qualifies as use of the Site
and constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right
to change Terms of Service or impose new conditions for use of the Site at our discretion,
at which time we will post modified Terms of Service on the Site. By continuing to use

Media Group, Northern Tier Publishing, North County News, NCNlocal.com and/or all of
the above’s affiliates and/or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark,
and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided only for your personal, non-commercial
use. You are prohibited from using the Site or the materials available on the Site in
any way that infringes on our rights or in any way that has not been expressly authorized
by us in writing.
Unless explicitly authorized in these Terms of Service or
by the owner of the materials, you do not have permission to modify, copy, reproduce,
republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit,
or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means)
any material from the Site.
You are permitted, on occasion but not on a regular basis, to

one copy of individual pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial

that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices and do not misrepresent

credit must be given to North County News; (ii) North County News must receive notice directly
from the user that a copy is being made; and (iii) the number of copies is limited to 1(one) per

Your License to Us:

written words) to us via the Site, you are representing that: (i) you own the material,
or are making your posting or submission with the express consent of the owner of the material;

you are granting our Companies, and anyone authorized by our Companies, a royalty-free,
perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify,

or display such material, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium, now known or hereafter
developed, for any purpose.
The foregoing permission includes the right to exploit any
proprietary rights in such posting or submission, including, but not limited to, rights
under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.
In conjunction with exercise of such rights, you grant us, and anyone authorized by us,
the right to identify you as the author of any of your postings or submissions by name,
email address and/or screen name, as we deem appropriate.

You may establish a hypertext link to the Site provided
the link does not state or imply any sponsorship of your site by us or by the Site. You
expressly are not allowed, without our prior written permission, to frame or link inline
