Frank & Lindy is teaming up with North County News (NCN) to salute those special, everyday heroes who are role models for the rest of us.

If you know someone who should be Citizen of the Month -or- Student of the Month.

Here's your chance to nominate that person!

Citizen of the Month is anyone from a single adult to a young parent, from an empty nester to a senior citizen, with a noteworthy achievement, a story to tell, or simply a decent person who performs good deeds.

Student of the Month is anyone enrolled in public or private accredited institutions from K-12 through college (undergraduate or graduate) who merits recognition in the areas of scholastics, performing arts, fine arts, clubs or volunteerism.
